Inquest held at the dwelling of JOHN WHITE in Bertie County on January 30, 1760. Coroner- Joseph Hardy Note: Included are depositions of John White Aged 32 & Edward Collins Aged 26. The depositions attest to the fact that Edward Collins and Ebenezer Tomlinson were attendants of Yeomans during a part of the period when he was "entire delirious, mad & distracted." An inquisition dated Feb. 4, 1760 & signed by the Jury, stipulates that Yeomans suffered temporary Insanity.
