Hague monicawortrav@earthlink.net Bonner & Moore This indenture made the twenty first day of October in the year of our Lord God One Hundred Seven Hundred and Thirty Five between Thomas Bonnor of Bertie Precint of the one part and BENTON MOORE of the same precinct of the other part Wittnessed that the said Thomas Bonnor for and in consideration of the sum of Eighty pounds of Province bills has in hands paid the net whereof. I acknowledge myself fully satisfied hath given granted bargained sold allotted released "enjoyed" and confirmed and by the presents doth absolutely give grant enforce and confirm unto the Said BENTON MOORE his heirs and assign for one tract of lands situate on the south west side of Turkey Swamp and bordered as followeth beginning at a branch upon a Turkey Swamp to up the branch to a gum so along a line of marked trees to the head land so along the head land to William Byrds land so along the A. Byrd's line to Turkey Swamp so down the swamp to the fence station. Including three hundred and fifty acres be the same more of less to him the said BENTON MOORE his heirs and assign for evermore. To have and to hold the said lands with all and singular the rights hereinto appointed and appearances whatever with shall forever with all clear__ and water with all timber and timber fro with all woods and underwoods with all orchards and gardens to him the said Benton Moore his heirs and assigns forever and I the said Thomas Bonnor at the envealing and delivery hereof have good right full power and authority to bargain and sell the same as in the said was granted to me by patent.. and the Said Thomas Bonnor doth bind and oblige myself my heirs and exe. Adm for ever by the prevents to warrant and defend the said lands to the Benton Moore his heirs and exe. And assigns forever in witness whereof the said Thomas Bonnor hath hereunto set his hand and affixed my seal the day and year first above written Thomas Bonnor and a seal Elizabeth Bonner and seal Signed, sealed and delivered in the presence of John Duffield Thomas Byrd Simon Holms Bertie Precinct for November Court 1735. The within deed of sale acknowledged in open court in due form and saw withon Moore is ordered to be registered.
