His Execell’y John Lord CARTERET Palatin and do
hereby give and grant unto Wm. BRYAN our our said
county a tract of land containing 50acres lying on
the North side of Moratock River in Bertie Precinct
beginning at a live oak No60 E300 pole to a white
oak  So. 80 E 80 pole ? ? white oak So 60 W 94 pole
to a gum then along a small branch to the first
station. Being due and lying? and paying the yearly 
? and the Ye rent of one shilling for every fifty
acres given ye? first day of February 1725.
