To
Elmore Dundaloe

This Indenture made this  the seventh day of February in the year of our Lord 
one thousand eight [blank] and Forty between David White of the State of North 
Carolina and County of Bertie of the one part and Elmore Dundaloe of the other 
part Witnesseth that the said David White for and in consideration of the sum 
of one hundred Dollar to him in hand paid [by] the said Elmore Dundaloe the 
site whereof I do hereby acknowledge and myself fully satisfied and contented 
and having given and granted bargained and sold and conveyed and confirmed unto 
the said Elmore Dundaloe his heirs and assigns forever a certain tract or 
parcel of land being in the State and County aforesaid Beginning at a pine 
Jesse White or Alexander H. Johnson and John Dundaloe corner thence N9W128 pole 
to small sweet gum in Rachel Mitchell line then her line and said Dundaloe line 
to the first station containing one hundred acres there be the same more or 
less to have and to hold the aforesaid Land with all the improvements and 
appurtenances thereunto belonging to the said Elmore Dundaloe to him and his 
heirs and assigns forever and I the said David White for myself and my heirs 
Exrs. And Admrs. And assigns and covenant to and with the said Elmore Dundaloe 
to warrant and defend above described premises against the lawful claim or 
claims of all and every person whatsoever in witness whereof I have here unto 
set my hand and seal this the day and year above written signed and sealed

This deed from David White to Elmore Dundaloe was moved in open court by the 
oath of Martin White one of the subscribing witnesses thereto and ordered to be
