State of North Carolina – Bertie County

Know all men by these presents that I Winifred Dundulow of the
County & State aforesaid on the one part and Elmore Dundulow of the
same County & State of the other part, witnesseth that I Winifed
Dundulow of the County & State afresaid for an in consideration of
the sum of five [?] dollars to me in hand paid by the said Elmore
Dundulow have bargaind sold and conveyed all my right in our certain
part of land lying in the County of Bertie State aforesaid situate
on the road leading from Ross Church to Buena Vista Store, bounded
by the lands of Henry Phelps, George Cowand and Hardy H. Johnston
containing by estimation two acres more or less which land fell to
me from my Father John Dundulow. The right of which I Winifred
Dundulow do warrant and un defend to the said Elmore Dundulow, to
him his heirs and assigns forever, in believing whereof I hereunto
set my hand and seal this 11 day of Aug 1832.
