Know ye that we have given & granted to John Dunning
one hundred and fifty acres of land lying in Bertie
County beginning at a pine in the upper fork of fort
Branch thence N. 40 W. 120 pole, then N 50 E. 200
pole S.40E. 120 pole to a pine in a ready branch
thence down William Cooks line to the first station.
