Witnefeth that the said Ann Durgin as well for and in consideration of the natural and affection which she hath and bareth unto the said Jeremiah Moore hath giving, granted and confirmed unto the said Jeremiah Moore one pies of land whereon I now live containing one hundred and twenty fie acres be the same more of lefs bounded by John Moores line and Samuel Moor line and also I give the said Jeremiah Moore one lighting desk to him and his heirs forever. I hereby ecknowledge that I hat giving, granted, aliened and confirmed unto the said Jeremiah Moore all that _____? Tenement of land above menched to him or his heirs forever with all and singular appurtenance thereunto belonging to the above land. He the said Jeremiah Moore may forever hereafter peacable and quietly have, hold, occupy, pofsefs and enjoy said tenement of land after the death of Ann Durgin. This indenture is not to be of affect until the death of Ann Durgin and then to be in full force; this 4th day of Aug 1802. Signed and sealed in the presents of us.
