Farmer to Blake Baker Page 202 To all people to whom these pre= sents shall come I Joseph Farmer do Send Greeting Know ye that I the said Joseph Farmer of the State of North Carolina in the County of Bertie planter for an in Consider =ation of the Love good will and affection which I have and do bear towards my Loving Friend Blake Baker of the Same County leave Given and Granted and by these presents do freely Give and Grant unto the said Blake Baker his heirs Executors or administrators my plantation with all The Land to it belong, als my whole Stock of Horses Cattle Hoggs and Sheep together with all and Singular my goods and Chattles more being in my pre= sent Dwelling House of which before the Signing of Page 203 of these presents I have delivered him the said Blake Baker an Inventory Signed with my own hand and bearing even date To have and to hold all the said (two words smeared) Stock and property to him the said Blake Baker his heirs Executors or Administrators from hence fourth as his own Land and property absolutely without any manner of Condition.
