No 388 Know ye that we have Granted unto Mary Garrett for
her son Jon Everard Garrett Twenty one and a half Acres
of land in Bertie County joining the land of Aaron
Outlaw, Martha Freeman and the Heirs of David Garrett
deceased, Beginning at a pine Aaron Outlaws corner,
thence along his line North [?] forty one degrees East
twenty poles to a red Oak thence North twenty six
degrees, East forty two poles to a pine a corner on
[T]urners Branch, thence up the Various courses of said
Branch to a pine, a corner standing in said Branch, in
the line of the lands Belonging to the Heirs of David
Garrett decd thence on their line North fifty degrees
West Eighty five poles to the first station Entered 7th
April To Hold unto the said Mary Garrett her heirs and
assigns forever Dated 19th November 1807
