Bernard (JP), Samuel Tayloe, Lewis Bond, W.A. Pugh, and James R. Decerr or any three of them with the justice be appointed commissioners to divide the slaves as prayed for in the petition and report to the next term of this court. Wm. P. They are to pay to Lot #2 the sum of $50 to make the shares equal. Lot #2 was drawn by Thomas C. Watson, trustee for Norman Alston and wife Sally valued at $5325.
