Beginning at the head of the Cattayle branch (rest of line unreadable) (Broad?) R. (tR:now?) runs first to the N.N.W. 46 poles thence W.S.W. 250 poles; thence, S.S.E. (180?) poles (rest of line unreadable) 280 poles; thence, E.N.E. 350 poles; thence, S.S.E. 178 poles unto the head of a Branch (rest of line unreadable) S.W. line of that branch and up the N.E. side of another Branch unto the said (Hodge's?) (rest of line unreadable) first station, the said 280 acres of land being due as followeth 250 acres (rest of line unreadable) granted to (Sahill?) Gaskin by consent dated 20th October 1661 and sold unto William (Hodge?)
