Between George HOUSE Sr of the County of Bertie in the province afsd of the one part and his two sons Thomas HOUSE and John HOUSE of the county aforsd of the other part. Witnesseth that the said George HOUSE Sr for and in consideration of the sum of ten pounds sterling money of Great Britain to him in hand paid at or before the ensealing and delivery of ____? whereof is hereby acknowledged and the said George HOUSE Sr. They the said Thomas HOUSE and John HOUSE doth hereby acquit and dischard, hath granted bargained sold, ___? and confirmed by these presents doth fully, freely, and absolutely give, grant, bargain, sell, release and confirm unto the said Thomas HOUSE and John HOUSE and their heirs, assigns forever, five hundred acres of land in county afsd.
