James Jinkins, William Farmer, Abraham Harmon Page 399 and the Subscribers their heirs & assigns forever and by these presents do fully & freely and absolutely, Give grant bargain Sell & confirm unto them the sd. James Jenkins William Farmer, Abraham Harmon & the Subscribers their heirs & assigns forever One acre of Land Situate lying & being in the County of Bertie on the South side of Harts delight Pocoson near the Cross Roads Buted & Bounded as followeth, Begining at a Pine near a pond, thence north to a wateroak, thence East to two black oaks, thence South to a Pine, thence West to the first Station To have & to hold the Said granted & bargained premises it being for the use of a meeting House for all persons who have Subscribed to build the Said House with all the appurtenances priviledges & commodities to the same belonging or in any wise appurtaining unto them the sd James Jinkins William Farmer Abraham & all the Subscribers to their only proper use benefit & behoof forever and I the sd Cader Mitchell for me myself my heirs Executors Admn. forever do Covenant premise & grant to & with the sd James Jinkins William Farmer abraham Harmon their heirs & assigns forever that before the Ensealing hereof I am the true sole and lawfull owner of the above bargained premises and have in myself good right full power and lawfull authority to grant Bargain Sell convey and confirm the Said Bargained premises in manner abovesaid and that the sd James Jenkins, William Farmer & abraham Harmon & the above mentioned Subscribers their heirs & assigns shall & may from time to time and all times forever her after by force & vertue of these presents peacebly & quietly have hold use occupy possess enjoy the said demised & Bargained premises with all the appurtenances preveledges & commodities to the same belonging or in any wise appurtaining free & clear freely & clearly aquited Exor= norated Discharged of & from all other gifts grants Bargains Sales Mortuages Wills entails jointied doweries judgments incumberances & exauts, Furthermore I the Said Caden Mitchell for me & myself my heirs Exors.
