*Celia Rice to George Tayloe Deed

This Indenture made the 1 day of Aprell 1869 bewen Celey Rise of
the ferst part and George Taler of the second part all of the County of
Bertee and State of North Carolina witnesseth that the sade Celey Rise
for and in considraton of the sum of twenty Dollars has bargained and
by thes presents dos grant bargain sell and to the said George Talor
his hars and asingnes for ever a certon tract of land to wit contaning
twenty acres more or less the bondres as follows comencing at a gum
at the road Robart Talor line thence along Tayloe line to the beever dam 
in gies hall swamp thence cornring in a sweet gum line continuing
thence up the run to a sipres acorner thence to the run astrate line
out to the road comensin aline thence dowan the rod to the first
station and I the said Celey Seley Rise warnt and forever defend the
rit an title to the said George Tayloe after my decese in witness whoreunto
I set my hand and sele this the day and yere above riten or if I the said
Celey Rise git mared this land is then George Taloe, signed seled I and
deliverd in the presantes of

The Execution of this Deed from Celia Rice to George Tayloe was duly
proved before me by the oath of William White one of the subscribing
