Being the land which I purchased of Iredell S. Jordan. Supposed to contain three hundredd and sixty (360) acres being the same more or less. To have and to hold the above bounded premises with all ways, woods, waters and every other appurtenance there to belonging or in any way appertaining and I do for myself, my heirs, Exec and Adm warrant and defedn the right and title of said land unto her the said Catherine Ruffin, her heirs and assigns forever free and clear of the lawful clause of all each and every other person or persons whatever.
