Page 106   Said James King his Executors administrators
and assigns a certain negro Girl named Hetty to have and
to hold the said negro girl Hettey above bargained and
sold or intended so to be to the said James King His
executors administrators & assigns for ever And I the
said Blount B. Ruffin for my self ny heirs executors
administrators the said negro Hettey unto the said James
King his Executors administrators and assigns against me
the said Blount B. Ruffin my executors administrators and
against all and every other person or persons whatsoever
shall and will warrant and for ever defend by these
presents In witness thereof I hereunto set my hand and
seal this 14th Day of August 1821
