Thos Ruffin To John Antony Bill of Sale

Be it known that I Thomas Ruffin of Bertie County and State of  North
Carolina for and in consideration of the Sum of Five thousand three
Hundred Dollars $5300 to me in hand paid by John H. Antony of
Hallifax County & State aforesaid the receipt for which Sum I hereby
acknowledge have bargained and Sold to the Said John H. Antony
his heirs executors and administrators all the white and red oake
Tember on the Lands that I purchased of Thomas J. Pugh and William
B. King the Said Antony to have his own time to get and carry the timber
off and to have the usual priviledges allowed to Stave getters to comply 
with Said Sale I bind myself my heirs executors administrators and
assigns witness my hand & Seal this 9th day of June 1835.
