11 Aug. 1734 - JAMES SANDERS of Edgecombe to PELEG ROGERS, 300 acres, " in 
consideration of an apparent error in a deed of sale from me the sd. SANDERS 
to ROBT. WARREN, dated 13 Feb. 1828, a deed for same land dated 7 Feb. 1725 
from JOHN HOWARD." All interest on said land to PELEG ROGERS  ... on Horse 
Swamp adjoining JACOB LEWIS, ROBERT LANIER. Witnesses:  JOHN CRICKETT, ED 
OUTLAW. Aug. Court 1734
