Hogard line two pines and a hicory thence along the Said Rices line to the first station, _ To have and to hold unto him the said James Rice his hiers and assigns forever, and I the Said James Taylor will warrant secure and forever defend all the above bargained premises unto him the Said James Rice his heirs and assigns forever___ Signed Sealed and Delivered in presents of Soln Cherry Junr - John Rice, Abreim Taylor X Jas.
