do acknowledge myself Justly indebt to Charles
AVERET his Heirs or assigns in  the Just? of
Thirteen Pounds Nine Shillings proclamation money to
be paid on demand and in default thereof I do here
by impower any attorney to Contest Judgment for the
same Witness my Hand and Seal this Twenty fifth day
of August 1772.
