Deed Bk. B, 215     Dec. 15, 1726
    PETER WEST and wife, PRISCILLA to HENRY BAKER, of Va., 400 acres for and 
in consideration of the rents and covenants hereinafter to be paid done and 
performed.. land on Little Toron whereon LEWIS WILLIAMS, father of the above 
PRISCILLA, lately lived and dwelt and by his last will and testament devised 
to PRISCILLA  -- BAKER to have" for and during the natural lifetime of HENRY 
BAKER JR., son of HENRY BAKER, JOHN BAKER, another of the sons of said HENRY 
BAKER and JOHN PUGH, son of FRANCES PUGH, and during the life of the longest 
liver of them, paying yearly and every year unto PETER and PRISCILLA WEST on 
the Feast of the Nativity, the rent of one eare of Indian corn. Witnesses:
John _____; ROBERT RADFORD; RICHARD BARFIELD. Recorded Feb. Court, 1727.
