Know all men by these presents, I Arthur Williams
for and in consideration of the sum of ten pounds
and ten shillings  paid in hand by Thomas Futtrell ,
which I acknowledge myself fully satisfied, for
Three Hundred acres of Land on North Side of
Pottycasey, bounded by Hunting Quarter Swamp it
being part of a Patent granted to me on sixth day of
April 1722, signed Sealed & delivered in the
presence of us,

This deed was acknowledged in Open Court to be registered and is Registered
