NEWS FROM TODD'S X ROAD

Mr. Ed Williams and Miss Mollie Butler were happily married Sunday afternoon at the home of the bride. Rev. J.A. Speighte performed the ceremony.

Misses Millie and Lizzie White spent last Sunday afternoon with Misses Annie, Missouri, and Mary Castellow.

Miss Missouri E. Castellow spent last Monday night with Miss Goldie and Bettie Cowand.

C.S. Hughes and Mrs. Lettie A. Hoggard visited Miss Fara Perry near Mars Hill.

Miss Pattie Hughes and mother spent last Wednesday with her sister, Mrs. E.M. Todd.

Miss Carrie E. Cowand spent Tuesday with her cousin, Mrs. Mary Castellow.

Mrs. Henry Cowand visited her sisters, Mesdames J.R. Castellow and E.M. Todd last week.

Mrs. Nancy Castellow visited Mrs. J.T. Hoggard last week.

We are glad to say that the condition of Mrs. W.D. Hoggard is improving.
