   The Raleigh Star, of last week contains an account of the Review of the 
different Brigades of Militia of this State by the Adjutant. We notice the 
following:
   The Regiment of Bertie, like that of Chowan, is without discipline last, 
though rather inferior in order and appearance, was in no wise behind it in 
zeal. Much is expected from the enterprising spirit of the newly appointed 
Colonel, who was prevented from parade by indisposition. This Regiment by 
MAJOR GENERAL WYNNS and BRIGADIER GENERAL SCOTT.
