ROBERTA AUSTIN DAUGHTRY

   FRANKLIN – A funeral service for Roberta Austin Daughtrey, 39, will be held 
today at 2 p.m. in Black Creek Baptist Church by the Rev. Willis H. Switzer. 
Burial will be in Aulander Cemetery with Wright Funeral Home in charge.

   Mrs. Daughtry died Monday in her home.

   A native of Bertie County, N.C. , she was the wife of John Daughtry. She was 
a member of Black Creek Baptist Church and was employed as a cafeteria 
supervisor at Southampton Academy.

   Other survivors include her parents Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd E. Austin Sr. of 
Bertie County; a daughter, Shelia Montein Daughtry of Franklin; two sons, 
Darrell Keith Daughtry and Wade Tealy Daughtry of Franklin; two sisters, Janice 
Storms of Chesapeake and Jo Ann Sode of Hampton; and a brother, Lloyd E. Austin 
Jr. of Ahoskie.
