Lucy E. Ruffin 

WINDSOR - Lucy Elizabeth Moore Ruffin, 82, died August 21. 

Mrs. Ruffin was a member of Indian Woods Baptist Church. 
She was preceded in death by her husband, WIllie Lewis
Ruffin. 

Survivors include two daughters, Lois Bond and Jacqueline
E. Ruffin; a son, Willie L. Ruffin, Jr.; five sisters,
Rhonda Smith, Geraldine Howard, Irene Ray, Ethel Carter
and Nellie Moore; three brothers, Carter Moore, William
Moore and Joseph L. Moore; four grandchildren; and eight
great-grandchildren. 

A funeral was conducted 11 a.m. August 26 in Indian Woods
Baptist Church by the Rev. Ralph D. White.  Burial was in
the family cemetery.  Gilliam Funeral Home was in charge
of arrangements.
