RICHARD ARLINGTON TAYLOE

   Richard Arlington Tayloe, 64, husband of Mrs. Cora Briggs Tayloe of 
Courtland, died in Windsor, N.C., Sunday, after a lingering illness. He was a 
son of the late Henry Tayloe and Parthenia Elizabeth Tayloe. He is survived by 
one son, Zelma Verlin Tayloe, of New York; three daughters, Mrs. Millicent 
Tayloe Williams and Mrs. John J. Whalen, Jr., both of Norfolk, and Mrs. Vela 
Tayloe Cherry of Chicago, and two grandchildren by a former marriage. The burial 
took place at 11 o’clock Tuesday morning, March 22, in the family burial ground 
in Windsor, the Rev. E.N. Harrison conducting the services.
