THOMAS BAXTER WILLIAMS

  Thomas Baxter Williams, 68, of 1425 Pitchkettle Road died Sunday in a 
hospital. He was a native of Aulander, N.C., and was the husband of the late 
Mrs. Janie Sarah English Williams.
  He was the son of the late George H. and Mrs. Carrie Lealer Rawls Williams.
  He was a retired truck driver of Wright Construction Co. and was a member of 
Sedley Baptist Church.
  Survivors include two sons, John Thomas Williams and George R. Williams of 
Suffolk.
  A funeral will be held Tuesday at 2:30 p.m. in Sidney F. Harrell Funeral Home 
by Dr. R.E. Brittle. Burial will be in Rosemont Cemetery, Sedley. The family 
will be at the home of George R. Williams, 409 Bosley Ave., Suffolk.
