We have no accurate date information. A guess might be age 45 ca 1837.

Additional Comments:
James George Mhoon was born in Bertie County North Carolina 22 Apr 1792 and died
on 15 Jan 1853 in Franklin County (Now Colbert) Alabama. He is buried in
Mhoontown Cemetery in Colbert County, Alabama.

He was the son of Josiah Mohoon and the brother of William Spivey Mhoon who had
been treasurer of the state of North Carolina from about 1832 to 1835.

He is my great great grandfather.
