If anyone can identify these people let us know. Last Will and Testament of Susanna Browning First husband John Boring of North Carolina, Second Husband John Browning of North Carolina. Second marriage was before 1792. Transcription by William L. Stephenson, Jr. January 2002 It being appointed that all the human family shall die and being far advanced in years and considerably affected in body, though of sound mind and memory and being possessed of a small property I do make this my last will and testament. 1st. My will is that my faithful and trusty servant Jack shall have freedom at my death. 2nd. My three horse beasts to-wit: Polly, Benny, and snip: three head of cattle, one cow and a three year old steer; one young heifer, one feather bed, bed steads, sheets, counterpanes, blankets, bed quilts, pillows, coulter, one woman’s saddle and bridle, one large jug, plates, cups and saucers, pitchers, coppercoffed pot and skillet, knives and forks, together with all the rest of my property shall be divided between my children, viz: Susannah Hart, Issac Boring, and David Boring. I also constitute and appoint my sons Issac Boring and David Boring my executors. In testimony whereof I set my hand and affix my seal, 18th day of February 1812.
