In the name of God amen I John Bun of the Precinct of Bertie in the Province 
of North Carolina being att this time Sick & Weak in body yett in perfect 
mind memory thanks be given to the Almighty God but knowing the Certaincy of 
death & Considering the uncirtianty of the time doe by these ____ make and 
ordain this my Last Will and Testament in manner & form following.

Imprt   I Comitt my Soul into the hands of Almighty God my maker trusting 
through the merigh of Christ my Saviour to be made pertaker of Everlasting 
Life and my body to the Earth to be guried in Christian burial att the 
Discresion of my Exectrix hearafter named - - - - - - And for what earthly 
Goods ett hath pleased the Lord in mercy to Lend unto mee is my Will that ett 
may be Disposed of in manner and form as followeth.

Item   I Give and bequeath to my Eldest Son John three hundred acres of Land 
Joying to the upermost Line of a Survey on the South Side of Correroy Swamp 
to him and his heirs for ever & also one Cow and Calf to be payed and 
Delivered unto him att the age of tenn years old & also one Sow and pigs to 
be delivered to him att the age of Sixteenyears old & also one feather bead 
to be delivered to him att the age of eighteen years old.

Item   I Give & bequeath to my Seacond Son David my plantation with one 
hundred acres of Land belongint to ett Lying In Verjenea on black Water to 
him and his heirs for ever & also one Cow and Calf to be delivered to him att 
the age of tenn years old & also one Sow and pigs to be delivered to him att 
the age of Sixteen years old.

Item   I Give & bequeath to my Loving Wife the plantation whereon I now Live 
during her naturill Life and after her deceas to my youngest Son Benjamin 
with one hundred acres belonging to him and his heirs for ever & also one Cow 
and Calf to be delivered to him att the age of tenn years old & also one Sow 
and pigs to be delivered to him att the age of Sixteen years old.

Item   I Give and bequeath to my daughter Ann one Cow and Calf to be 
delivered to her att the of tenn years old & also one Sow and pigs to be 
delivered to her att the age of Sixteen years old.  

Item   I Give and bequeath Amongest all my Children & before named from this 
day forard two Breeding mares with one horse fobd[?] now belonging to them & 
all the In Creas that Shall Come here after to be Equally devided amongest

Item   my before mentioned Children.  All the Rest of my Estate yet 
unbequeathed of which nature or quality forever I Give and bequeath to my 
beloved Wife Elenear Bun Whom I make & ordaine full and Whole Executrix of 
this my Last Will and testament Shee paying or causing to be payed all my 
Just Debts and Leagasies by me Left by this Will all my furnerl Expences out 
of the Estate  the Residue to Stand Good to my Executrix as before mentioned 
Dureing her naturill Life and after her desceas to be Equally devided 
Amongest all my Children I do by these present Disanull and make voyed all 
former Wills by me made.  In witness and testemoney of all Which I have 
hereto put my hand and Seal this 20th day of Janeuary - - - - 1727
