Castellow, Guardian for the orphans of Henry K. Cobb, sell on a credit of six months the land belonging to his wards and that he make notiss thereof to our next county court. S/ C. A. Rhodes, Clk. The Land belonging to the orphans of Henry K. Cobb, died, was sold on Monday the 9th day of January 1832 before the court house door in the Town of Windsor after giving forty days notice by advertising. Whereas John H. Cobb being the highest and last bidder became the purchaser to said land for ten dollars ($10.00) on a credit of six months. Cobb and that they make (illegible) to our next County Court. S/ C. A. Rhodes, Clk. In obedience to the (illegible) Order we the under signers Commissioners have met and Laid off the allotted unto Jannett Cobb the Widow of Henry K. Cobb as follows. One bed, one loom wheel & cards, six barrels of corn, three hundred pounds of pork, one thousand herrings, seven pounds of coffee, ten pounds sugar, two gallons of molasses,, one bushel salt.
