In body but in Sanne and perfect mind and memory thanks be to Almighty 6. God Do make nominate constitute ordain and appoint This my 7. Last Will and Testament in manner and forme following First I give 8. and bequeath my Soul into the hands of god Who gave itt Hopping 9. In and Through the same merritts and Mediation of Jesus Christ 10. my Savior to Receive a full and free pardon of all my Sinns  As for 11. My body I Committ that to the earth from which itt was Taken 12. To be Decently Buried according to my Executor hereafter Named 13. And as for all my Worldly Estate _______  _______d _____d C________ 14. that Itt hath pleased Allmighty God to bestow uppon mee I give 15. and bequeath the Same In mannor and form following: 16.
