I Frances Daniel of the above written county and state being of sound mind, memory and understanding do make and declare this to be my last will and testament in manner form following to-wit: Item first: My executor hereinafter named shall provide for my body a decent burial and pay ll furnerial expenses together with all my just debts to whomsoever owning at the time of my death. Item second: I do lend to my beloved son George R. Daniel all of my land or real estate owned by me at the time of my death of ever discription to him and his heirs forever. Except 2 beds & contents that I do give and bequeath one bed & contents to my beloved daughter Basha E. Todd and one bed and contents to my beloved daughter Mary E. Farless to them and their heirs forever. And lastly I do nomiate constitute and appoint my beloved son George R.
