First, I give and bequeath unto my son JAMES HOLDER one bed & furniture. Second, I give and bequeath to my son SOLOMON HOLDER one bed & furniture. Third, I give and bequeath to my daughter POLLY HOLDER one bed and furniture. Also I give and bequeath unto my son SOLOMON HOLDER fifty dollars in cash more than any the rest of the heirs, also I lend unto my son JOHN HOLDER three acres of land his mother's life time then to be sold and be divided with the rest of the land and he may have the privilege of moving his buildings off if he pleaseth at my death. I desire enough of my property to be sold to pay all my just debts. Such property as my wife pleases to last sold all the balance of my property and land unto my wife WINNY HOLDER her life time the land & a gray horses and stock of all kind, gre! at house & kitchen furniture then at her death all to be sold and equally divided amongst all my children. HOGGARD Executors to my Will this my last will & testament in Witnestes whereof I have hereunto set my hand & seal this twenty sixth day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred & twenty three.
