Will of Henry King
1 Jan 1750
Estate records start in August 1763

To my wife Ann my plantation and mill for her natural life, also Negroes 
Andrew and June.

To my daughters Katherine, Ann and Prudence King all my estate both real and 
personal equally divided between them except the Case should be given to my 
wife who is now with child.

If child is a son, he is to receive my plantation. If child is a daughter, she 
is to share equally with other sisters in estate.

Appointed wife, Capt. Rob't West and Jos Hardy executrix and executors.

Witnesses: Wille Ann Knott, Agnes Marvell Knott, Hannah Maltimer
