Of perfect mind and memory thanks be to God do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament. First I give and recommend my soul to God; and my body to the earth to be buried in decent Christian burial, and as touching my worldly estate I give and dispose in manner and form as follows: First, I will and positively order that all my debts be paid. Imprimis: I give and bequeath to my son Moses Mewboorn one shilling sterling for particular reasons. Item: I give and bequeath to my son Thomas Mewboorn all my land and manner plantation whereon I now live to him his heirs and assigns forever. Item: I give and bequeath to my dear and well beloved wife Ann Mewborn thereof the abound land and plantation during her natural life, I likewise give and bequeath to her the one half of all my moveable estate to her to her disposal. Item: I give and bequeath to my abovenaid son Thomas Mewboorn the other half of all my moveable estate to be delivered to him when he comes to the age of twenty one years to him and to his disposal. Item: I give and bequeath to my daughters Mary and Elenor each one sterling Shilling. Item and Lastly: I do constitute appoint and ordain my beloved wife, Ann Mewborn executrix and my brother Thomas Mewborn, my friend William Hardy, executors of this my last Will and Testament, and I do hereby utterly disallow, revoke and disannul all former testaments, Wills and bequeath that by me before named ratifying and confirming this and no other to be my last Will and Testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the day and year above written.
