I, John W. Mizell, of the above State and County, being of sound mind and memory but in feeble health do make my last will and testament as follows: First: I desire all of my just debts paid. Second; I loan to my wife Pernecie Ann Mizell, for and during the term of her natural life, or widowhood, the tract of land on which I now live adjoining the lands of Joseph Conner, Zack White, the That. Mizell land and land of Robert R. Phelps, containing 90 acres more or less, together with all horses, mules, hogs, farming implements, mechanical tools, provisions on hand, and crops whether gathered or ungathered on the aforesaid tract of land, as well as any other personal property on said premises inclusive of household and kitchen furniture. I also loan to my said wife during her life time or widowhood my brick building and the land belonging thereto located on Granville Street in the town of Windsor and bounded by said street, by the land of B.A. Moore and by the land of B.A. Moore and Lewis Lipsitz. I also lend to my said wife during her life or widowhood all money I may have at the time of my death whether the same be on hand in cash or whether deposited in banks no matter how deposited. It is my will and desire that my wife have during her life time or widowhood the right to use in her support and the support of the family or for other reasonable purposes such part of the money left by me as she deems necessary and also the right to dispose of any of the above personal property that she does not think it best to keep, it being my intention for her to handle and manage same in such way as she may deem best for the interest of herself and our children. Third: All the rest and residue of my estate of whatever nature or kind I give, devise and bequeath to my children, viz: James E. Mizell, John J. Mizell, Sarah A. Mizell, Mary E. Mizell, George T. Mizell, Charles W. Mizell, Aaron L. Mizell, William H. Mizell, Henry l. Mizell and Charlotte P. Mizell to be equally divided between them share and share alike. I also give and devise and bequeath to my aforesaid ten children, after the death or remarriage of my wife Pernecie Ann Mizell, all of the property loaned to my said wife and then remaining, to be equally divided between them in equal proportions. Fourth: I constitute and appoint my wife my sole executrix to this my last will and testament, and also appoint her trustee of the estates of my minor children she to serve without bond. I revoke and annul all wills heretofore made by me and declare this to be my last will and testament. Witness my hand and seal this the 8th day of June, 1912. J.W.
