Mizelle, Deceased North Carolina Bertie County I, Sallie M. Mizelle, being of sound mind and memory do make this my Last Will and Testament. 1. I wish my body buried in a vault and a tomb stone placed at my grave. 2. My daughter and husband have been waiting on me in my illness, and I do give and devise to them all of my property, both real and personal, to hold to them, my daughter, Lela Belch and her husband J. F. Belch, and their heirs in fee simple. 3. I appoint L. S. Mizelle as my executor and hereby revoke all other wills. Witness my hand and seal this the 21st Dec. 1948. Sallie M. The paper-writing hereto attached and purporting to be the last will and testament of Sallie M. Mizelle deceased, is exhibited before the undersigned Clerk of the Superior Court of Bertie County, North Carolina, by L.S. Mizelle, the excutor therein named, and thereupon the following proof thereof is taken bye the oath and examination of J. A. Pritchett and L. S. Mizelle, the subscribing witnesses thereto, as follows: North Carolina, Bertie County. J.A. Pritchett and L. S. Mizelle being duly sworn, depose and say, and each for himself deposes and says, that he is a subscribing witness to the said paper-writing now shown him, purporting to be the last will and testament of Sallie M. Mizelle, and that he saw her execute (or heard acknowledge the execution of) this writing as her last will and testament, and that affiant attested it in the presence and at the request of said Sallie M. Mizelle deceased; and that at the time of its execution (or at the time its execution was acknowledged) said Sallie M. Mizelle was, in affiant's opinion, of sound mind and disposing memory. J. A.
