I , John Morgan, being in purfeat mind & mery, Do make this my Last will & testement. first I Lend all my property bail to my beloved wife Marthy after paying my just debts.after her Depart I give unto my sone, Seth Morgin , 130 acors of Land Binding on the Lands of John Morgin younger & the Lands of Charles Cobb including the plantation whereon I know Live. I give unto my other sone, John Morgin & Peter Morgin the Balance of my lands which is one hundred acors apeace John Morgin the younger to take his Lot of Lands ajorning the Land where he know owns, pervided they assist Seth Morgin in paying a balance of a Judgment abtaind against him By Titus More. Each one paying a third off, knot somuch of all they shirs of Land to Be sold as will Seths by Me Left. After the Death of my wife I wish my hows sold & kitch furnuity with my stock of Cattle, hogs to Be sold & the money equely devided Betwene my 3 sons I give unto my grand Daughter Patsey Morgin one Bed & furnity.
