BERTIE COUNTY WILL - OLIVER, Thomas - 1765 File contributed for use in USGenWeb Archives by goroke@cyberspace.org Charles Oliver       [WILL OF THOMAS OLIVER] In the Name of God Amen, Jany. ye 15th 1765 ------ I Thomas Oliver of the Province of North Carolina and in the County of Bertie being sick and weak in body but of Sound and Perfect Memory Thanks be unto Almighty God; and Calling to Mind the Uncertain Estate of this Transitory Life and that all flesh was Born once to Dye, I Therefore Doe Make & Declare this to be my last Will and Testament, Revoking all other former Will or Wills In Manner and form following; First I Commit my Soul to Almighty God that Gave it, and my body to the Earth to be Decently Interr'd at the Discretion of my Exctrs Hereafter Nominated -- and as to what Worldly Goods it has pleased almighty God to Endue me with I Dispose of in Manner and form following ---- Item  I Will and Bequeath unto my two Beloved Brothers David Oliver, and John Oliver, and my Beloved Sister Elsabeth Hanswik (after my Funerall Charges and Just Debts are paid) all my Whole Estate, both Reale and Personall, to be Equally Devided between the said David Oliver, John Oliver, and Eliz.
