                       [WILL OF MARY OLIVER]

In the name of god Amen.  I mary oliver of the State of North carolina and
Conty [sic] of Bertie being in perfect mind and memmory (blessed be God)
Knowing that there is atime [sic] appointed for all people once to die do make
and ordain these presents to contain my last will and testament in manner and
form following, that is to say

I give and bequeth unto my two daughters Wineyford olliver and Disey olliver
[here the word "one" appears in superscript, with a ^ underneath, pointing to
it] horse nameed [sic] Spicer.

I give unto disey olliver my daughter 1 cow and Calf.

I give unto Wineyford olliver one hifer and the remaining part of my [here it
appears as if "possessions" has been written at the end of this line, then
heavily stricken out] pessession [sic] to be Equaly devided among my two
daughters Wineyford olliver and Disey olliver to them their heirs and asigns
forever

and I do hearby appoint my sone Shadrach Olliver my [here the word "son"
appears, but has been stricken] Sole Executor of this my last Will and
testament Ratifying Confirming this and no other to be my Last Will and
Testament in witness I have hererunto Set my hand and Seal this 24 [the
letters
