Item 2nd I give & devise to my beloved Sister Celia Rice all of my stock, consisting of Hoggs & cattle Also all of my remaining property on the plantation, to have and to hold to her and her heirs in fee simple forever, I do hereby revoke and declare utterly void, all other Wills and testaments, by me heretofore made In Witness whereof I the said Edward Rice do herewith set my hand & seal this the 15th of March 1862. signed Edward Rice (Seal) Signed, sealed, published & declared by the said Edward Rice to be his last will & Testament in presence of us, who, at his request in his presence and others presence of each other do subscribe our names as witnesses thereto Signed Wm H.
