To Wit as follows: 1st I give and bequeath to Hetty Tayloe, four negroes, Bryant, Melley, Rachel and Cherry which she has already received Two cows and calves and one bed to her heirs forever. 2nd I give and bequeath to my daughter Louisa Hendrixon (Lurana is her real name), three negroes Cato, Anterson and Hill, one feather bed, one cow and calf which she has already had to her andher heirs forever. 3rd I give and bequeath to Levin Spivey two negroes Veiley and Rachel, one cow and calf one feather bed which he already has already had to him and his heirs forever. 4th I give and bequeath unto my daughter Elizabeth Pruden three negroes Ludy, Repsey and Rody, one feather bed which she has already had to her and her heirs forever. 5th I give and bequeath to my son William SPIVEY my negroe boy George and one feather bed which he has already had with his heirs forever. 6th I lend unto my grand daughter Laurow Ward (the corecct spelling is Laura) one ninth part of all of my perishable Estate not given away and after paying all of my just debts on condition that if she shall live to be twenty one years of age or have a legal heir of the body and if she should dies before she arrives to the age of twenty one years or has a lawful heir begot from the body then its my will and desire that it should return to my other lawful heirs to be equally divided between them. If Laurow (correct spelling is Laura) should arrive to the age of twenty one years or have a lawful begotten heirs I then give and bequeath it unto her and her heirs forever. I hereby appoint my son William Spivey the agent of my grand daughter Laurow Ward (the correct spelling is Laura). to take charge of the above named property and hire it ought (out) and take care of the said property and income until Laurow arrives to the age of twenty one years or have a lawfull begotten heir. Then it is my will that William pay over the said property to Laurow or her representatives. 7th I give and bequeath unto my son Levin Spivey the balance of the tract of land that I bought of Thomas EASON know by the name of the Gardner land. Except a small piece purchased of John EASON to him and his heirs forever. 8th I give and bequeath unto my son William Spivey one tract of land known by the name Quarter Branch tract of land and all the land I own _______ of the said tract to him and his heirs forever. 9th I give and bequeath unto my son Calvin Spivey one tract or parcel of land lying on the south side of Loosing Swamp. That I purchased of George OUTLAW Esq. to him and his heirs forever. 10th I give and bequeath unto my son Moses Spivey land and plantation whereon I now live with the additions of the Honey Island tract and the Jones? place tract as it is called with the choice of my horses with bridle and saddle. As the rest of my heirs has had a bed a piece it's my will and desire that Calvin, Moses and Susanah Shark ( Correct spelling is Sharrock) all have a bed a piece to them and their heirs forever. 11th I give and bequeath unto my daughter Susanah Shark (Correct spelling is Sharrock) one small tract of land purchased of Thomas Eason known by the name of the John Eason tract lying on the south side of Dow Branch to her and her heirs forever. 12th My will and desire is that all of my land lying on Guye's Hall Swamp shall be equally divided between Hetty Tayloe heirs, Louisa Hendrixon (Corect spelling Lurana) Elizabeth Pruden and Susanah SHARK (Correct spelling Sharrock) to them and their heirs forever. 13th I give and bequeath to Celia Ann HARRELL one feather bed and my watch to her and her heirs forever. 14th My will and desire is those in who have received a part of my Estate will account to the balance of my children for what they have received. Then its my will and desire that all the balance of my property not given away shall be equally divided between the heirs of Hetty Tayloe, Louisa Hendrixon (Correct spelling Lurana), Levin Spivey, William Spivey, Elizabeth Pruden, Susanah SHARK ( Correct spelling Sharrock), Moses SPIVEY and Calvin SPIVEY to them and their heirs forever.
