Inventory of Thomas Veal Property Taken
June 16th 1806

1 Negro lent to William Veale, 1 Negro Lent to James Ruffin,

1 Negro boy named Robert, 1 bed  & furniture & chairs
1 Iron Pot
1 Beaufat & furniture
1 Brandy Still and all the cyder casks, hand mill 
1 black Filley 
2 cows & calves
2 sows & pigs and all the hogs that is in his own mark
Given to Thomas Veale
----(can't read), 1 bed & furniture, 1 cow & calf but
no other property lent to Elizabeth Veal Six Negroes
named as followeth  Mingo, Stephen, Toney, Hannah,
Dinah Sarah & half of the home & plantation, Cyder
casks & Brandy Still, two horses 1 mare & colt This
property she is to have the use of during her life.

tables 1 tea table 1 desk, 8 chairs, 2 beds & furniture
2 sets fire dogs, 1 pair fire Tongs & Shovell 2 cases &
P--- of bottles 2 guns 3 chests 4 linen wheels, 4
woolen wheels, 2 looms 1 pot 2 dutch ovens, 1 tea
kettle, 1 frying pan 1 cross cut saw, 1 hand saw 1
carpenter's adz 1 coopers adz 1 auger 5 grubbing hoes 5
weeding hoes, 5 axes, 10 plows 1 pine table 5 slays  5
pr of harness, 1 pair flat irons, 2 jugs  1 tub  6
pails, 1 Taylor's goose, 1 grind stone; 12 stock Beas
2 ox carts & wheels 1 horse cart ?  1 small stanos, 1
water can 1 pr of stillards, 1 sithy & cradle  1 draw
knife 1 pr wedges 2 sows with 14 young pigs 16 sows &
110 shoats 10 ewes & 7 lambs 2 yoke of Oxen 9 cows &
calves 16 head of Day cattle, 1 Lanthron, 1 curring
