I give to my well beloved Wife Elizabeth the whole benefit of my plantation & until my son Ezekiel arrives to the age of fifteen years to have his share of the half of my orchard and at twenty one to have ye half of ye cleared grounds with timber concurrent for his use. I give to my wife money out of my estate to buy her ____choyce of my feather bed and furniture and my chest of drawers during her life and these to my Daughter Faribe I also give to my wife the use of my two negro men until my children are brought up and then ye use of mingo during her life. 2. I give to my well beloved Daughter Faribe Williams my Negro girl Bess and her increase to her and her heirs. 3. I give to my well beloved daughter Jerusa Williams money out of my Estate to buy her one Negro girl about her age. 4. I give to my well beloved Son Ezekiel Williams my plantation with all my lands and ye lands joyning thereto except my Wife should be with child with a son then ye tract of land I live on and ye ___to be ___between them to them and their Heirs but if she is with child with a Daughter I give her an equal share with her sisters. I also give to my Son Ezekiel my writing desk and my Negro man Tin Horn and as much money as will buy him a Negro girl six years older then him selfe and my Land at guys hall to ye Child to my wife goes with if ye be a son and if not to my son Ezekiel my wife having the use of it until he becomes to age. I also desire that ___be at liberty at 18 years of age. 5. I give my wife ye halfe of my estate after debts and ___is paid if ye child she goes with is a girl but if a son ye third and if ye rest of my estate to be equally divided among all my Children except ye Lightwood it belongs to the land I sold to have more that I give to my wife. 6. I also make and ordain my well beloved wife my Executrix and my brother Theophilus Williams and my brother Isaac Williams my Executors and confirming this to be my Last will and Testament.
