              EXECUTORS' SALE
  To the highest bidder, at the Court HOuse in Wilmington, on the 15th day of 
May next, a Tract of land in Bladen County, on the north east side of North-
west River of Cape Fear, containing 525 acres, adjoining the river on the 
space between the lands of HIS EXCELLENCY SAMUEL ASHE and those of WILLIAM 
DAVIS KELLY.
  The premises are valuable, both for situation and soil, as there are high 
and low lands on the same.
  A good title will be made the purchaser and the Governor's patent delivered 
therewith.
  The conditions of payment will be made known on the day of sale by:
