White. Another tract lying above the same known as Singletary tract...Beginning at upper corner of James Burney’s land formerly Mathew Rowan and since known as McRee land and Isaac Wright’s residence being 250 acres being part of a tract of land patented by Benjamin Fitzrandolph on 9 Sep 1735 and conveyed by him 7 May 1754 to William Singletary, from John McNeill to Isaac Wright 30 May 1805, from Isaac Wright to James Burney 8 Mar 1833. One other tract not very distant from his dwelling near division line between James Burney’s part of McRee land and that intended for Archd. White...Reservation is made of enclosure cont.
