Beginning at a pine and runs South 56 Wt 12 chs to a stake, thence So. 78 Et 9 chs & 30 lks to stake, thence 21 Et, 25 chs & 51 lks to a stake 25 Wt 2 chs to a stake thence So 45 wt, 4 chs & 50 lks to a stake then 20 63 wt 25 chs to a stake thence a direct line to the beginning To have and To hold the aforesaid bargained premises of 26 acres of land & I the said James Jones do warrant to defend from me and my heirs & assigns forever, unto the said Jesse Jones, his heirs and assigns forever from and after signing these presents to have and enjoy the aforesaid bargained land as a good and peaceable inheritance and the aforesaid James Jones doth covenant aned agree with the said Jessie Jones, his heirs and assigns In witness whereof the said James Jones hath hereunto set his hand and seal the day and year above written.
