13 Aug 1788		Archibald McBryde to Angus Lamon, 40 lbs.  100
                        acres on northeast side of Whites Creek
                        including the house that Alexander Balendine
                        built.  Wit:  James Campbell, Alexander Coll.


3 Jun 1800		Neill McNaughton, planter, to Angus Lamon
                        (Lamont), planter, 50 lbs. 197 acres on north
                        side of the Brown Marsh Swamp adjacent lands of
                        Charles McNaughton.  Wit:
                        Thos. Maultsby, Charles Ivey.


22 Mar 1811		Daniel Lammon, planter, to John Munn.  $100. 
                        110 acres and 20 acres.  2 tracts of land on
                        south side of the Horse Shoe and on both sides
                        of the East Prong of Middle Swamp adjacent
                        lands of Jno. Campbell.  Wit:  Duncan McColl,
                        Neill McCall.


23 Feb 1819		Duncan Ray, planter, to Alexr Lamon, Sr.
                        $285.60.  197 acres on north side of Brown
                        Marsh Swamp near land of Charles McNaughton.
                        Wit:  Angus Lamon.


19 Oct 1822		Wit:  Moore Lemmon, Lawrence Hanes.


31 Jan 1823		Griffith J. White, Sheriff of Bladen County, to
                        Archibald McMillan...by virtue of an execution
                        John McKeithan against Angus Lemmon, guardian
                        of the minors of John McKay...execution was
                        directed to William Streety now dead Sheriff,
                        for 124.7/100 dollars.  320 acres being part of
                        a tract granted to Daniel McKeithan in the year
                        1746 lying on the west side of the Brown Marsh
                        Swamp near the Brown Marsh bridge joining lands
                        of James Swindell’s containing 160 acres...and
                        Archibald McMillan became the last and highest
                        biddder for $92.  Wit:  Alex McDowell.



31 Mar 1823		Thos. Smith to Alex Lammon.  $450.  One negro
                        woman named Hannah and her child Clay.  Wit:
                        Dunan McColl, Willie Williams.


25 Oct 1832		Wit:  Alexander Lamon, Sam’l Cain.
